A-l has a broad base of experience in the electrical construction business, having successfully completed contracts in the $16 million range. Our current bonding capacity is over $100 million aggregate.

In the past thirty years, we have completed more than 15,000 residential/townhouse units and diverse projects in every field. Recent projects include Hawaii Regional Security and Operations Center ($320 million), University of Hawaii John Burns School of Medicine ($120 million), Waikiki Beachwalk ($100 million), Kaiser Hospital Tower Addition and Ancilliary Renovation ($90 million), Mauna Kea Beach Hotel Repair/Renovation ($100 million), Marriott @ Ko’Olina, Hilo Judiciary, Ala Moana Shopping Center Expansion, Nordstrom, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, and University of Hawaii Frear Hall. Residential projects include Mililani Mauka, Hawaii Regional Housing Privatization Radford Terrance, Coconut Plantation @ Ko’Olina, Hali’i Kai @ Waikoloa, Wai’ula’ula Housing, and Maunalani Villages.

The wide range of projects we have worked on have allowed us to build successful relationships with many local contractors, including Allied Builders, Bodell Construction, Brookfield Homes, CF Jordan, Charles Pankow Builders, dck pacific construction, Hawaiian Dredging & Construction, Hunt Building Company, Maryl Construction, McCarthy/Kiewit Pacific, Nan Inc , Nordic/PCL, and Swinerton Builders.
